Although she grew up in the Bay Area, Kayla spent summers living in Mammoth Lakes and has always called the Sierras home. A lifelong runner and lover of the outdoors, she brings a deep appreciation for movement, resilience, and community to her role as a physical therapist at PT Revolution.
Kayla earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University, where she was a team captain on the Division I cross country and track team. She later completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Colorado, gaining clinical experience working with a wide range of athletes—from weekend warriors to elites, and youth beginners to Division I collegiate standouts.
With a special interest in treating runners, Kayla draws from her own experiences competing at a high level and navigating injuries along the way. Her mission as a PT is rooted in a patient-centered approach—believing that each individual brings a unique story, and that healing is a collaborative journey. She’s committed to meeting the goals of her patients while striving to inspire purpose and joy through movement.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Kayla running or mountain biking on local trails, followed by a dip into any nearby body of water. She’s also a big sports fan (go Warriors and go Niners!). This winter, she’ll be learning how to ski!
