Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, I grew up in an environment where movement, grit, and the outdoors were a way of life. I competed as a collegiate swimmer and earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, building a foundation in human performance that has shaped my entire career.
I spent the last decade in Los Angeles coaching CrossFit and training private clients—from everyday athletes to high performers—before discovering the world of outdoor adventure sports. Six years ago, I dove headfirst into alpinism, big-mountain snowboarding, alpine rock climbing, and mountain biking, and it completely rewired my life. Since then, I’ve chased these disciplines across the world, pushing myself on high-altitude peaks, steep descents, and technical terrain.
Along the way, I’ve coached and guided athletes preparing for their own mountain objectives—teaching them how to build the strength, endurance, and resilience required for real adventure.
I moved to Lake Tahoe to live closer to the mountains I love and to work with athletes who want to unlock their full potential—whether that’s getting stronger in the gym, moving better on snow or rock, or training for a major expedition. My style blends performance science with real-world mountain experience, giving athletes not just fitness, but true capability in the environments they dream about.
